FACILITIES
All of our students and staff deserve safe, functional buildings. We must improve the schools we already have, and plan early for future growth.
STAFF
All members of the RCAS staff should feel valued and respected. We may not have the funds to pay staff what they are worth, but the least we can do is lead with gratitude and respect for their commitment.
ACCOUNTABILITY
The number one job of the school board is to hire the superintendent, help that person succeed, and hold her accountable when student achievement drops.
